I don’t normally go to print to show my appreciation when a good service has been provided but I have been touched by your commitment to doing the right thing, being transparent and extremely customer focused in dealing with my purchase of a used premium mark vehicle.

My last vehicle purchases have been managed through main dealers (Audi primarily).  I have to say that my dealings with you and your team, before, during and after the purchase have been absolutely first class and I would go as far as to say that they have surpassed my previous main dealership experiences.

You are passionate about what you do, have excellent product knowledge, a unique and hand-picked stock of quality checked vehicles and a professional approach to customer service, which to date for me, is second to none – really well done and thank you for taking care of us.

I write this note with the intention of firstly demonstrating my appreciation, thank you; secondly to share my experience so that others may make a more informed decision when selecting their next car and making the important decision in respect of using a trusted dealership.
